Our friends in Australia sent us a picture of a Coconut Crab. This is pretty interesting.... Coconut Crab (Birgus latro) is the largest terrestrial arthropod in the world. It is known for its ability to crack coconuts with its strong pincers in order to eat the contents.

It is sometimes called the robber crab because some coconut crabs are rumored to steal shiny items such as pots and silverware from houses and tents.

The second photo gives you a good idea of how large these crabs are - a coconut crab is seeking food from a black trashcan.

Last night I was received an email from my friend. It was an interesting thing that peoples have to know. Last 28th of march 2009, all countries had been joined and supported 'an earth hour' programme. All peoples in this world have to switched off lamps, due to that programme. Earth Hour in Malaysia is planned and run by WWF-Malaysia and its partners. All peoples were encouraged to participate in Earth Hour on the 28 March 2009 by turning off your lights for one hour from 8.30pm-9.30pm. Can you imagine if our earth's temperature is above 35 degrees? It's to heat condition. And I think, people will feel uncomfortable about the heat condition. Save our planet!

In Victoria the temperature has been above 44 degrees all week and they are forecasting another week of 40+ temperatures. Power is failing, trains have stopped running because tracks are buckling under the heat . It’s just scorching and it seems that the people are not the only ones suffering.

Check out these photos of a little Koala which just walked onto a back porch looking for a bit of heat relief. The woman filled up a bucket for it and this is what happened!

Berikut merupakan beberapa langkah untuk mengawal keadaan ini.

1. Anda seharusnya berhenti sekejap sebelum mengambil makanan ketika
anda sedar bahawa emosi anda tergangu ketika itu.

2. Tanya diri anda, kenapa terlalu banyak makanan yang anda ambil
pada ketika itu.

3. Awasi diri anda sekiranya anda makan bukannya pada waktu yang
sepatutnya anda makan. Apakah yang mendorong anda untuk makan?

Sekiranya amalan mengambil makanan ketika emosi terganggu terus
diamal, lama-kelamaan anda menjadikan amalan pemakanan ini sebagai
cara mudah untuk merawat emosi anda. Kesannya adalah pengambilan
kalori ke dalam badan anda akan menjadi tidak terkawal.

Hello, everybody...How was today? Today is raining. Now it's still raining like 'cat and dog'. Here, i want to share a bad news that I've faced last afternoon. Not really important thing, but it make me embarrassed! Do you know, I was felt down during i was at school canteen. Oh, my god! What happened to me! But still okey. So, this is a lesson for me, that I have to be more careful next time. He...he...he...Always take care of yourself. :)

A flood is an overflow of an expanse of water that land, a deluge. Flooding may result from the volume of water within a body of water, such as a river, lake and sea. The rain (flood) will overflows, with the result that some of the water escapes from its border. When there was heavy rainy, it's will inundate to many or certain place. There are many types of flood, such as:
1) Riverside floods
2) Muddy floods
3) Coastal floods

Of course, floods can give us side effect. It can damage us. The effects of flood:
1) Physical damage - Can range anywhere from bridges, cars, houses or buildings. It can also lead to epidemics and diseases such as cholera and malaria.
2) Economic damage - Can cause of loss in business.
3) Social damage - Our works especially, those who works outside (at the sea), will impeded due to flood. Outside activities were also stopped.

Take care of your self. Drive carefully.

Basically, the flood will happen during heavy raining, especially early of the year. Nowadays, we always heard about flood in many places. Some school had been closed due to flood. We were faced this situation too. There were rain since last night till morning. All students and school bus were stuck and can't go to school. May be your place or your school faced the same situations too. we have to be careful and take care of ourselves. Here, I would like to advise the students especially, to not play outside when rain. And I hope all students would not plan to go to any rivers. It's dangerous!

Hello and welcome to 'good morning, teacher' blog....Now, we are in year 2009! How was 2008? Have you achieved your target or goal? For those who got best result with flying colors in their PMR Examination, i would like to say 'CONGRATULATIONS'...and welcome to form four. How did you feel since the first day school began? I believe that you have meet new friends and new teachers. And some students has apply to further their studies to other school. Anyway, have a nice and enjoy school session. For form four students, this is the time for them to choose which class they should be. May be you prefer to join science class. So, you have to decide by your own decision. Remember, 'The Road Not Taken'. Your decision is relate with your life. Do the right things and make a best decision. For form one students, this is the time for them to know what is 'Secondary School' and how's the learning and teaching process will be held in class.....They also will becaome a teenager one day. For form three and form five students, they have to study hard for their examination this coming October and November. And for teachers, I am very sure that they also have set their target in order to increase students performance. Have a nice job, teachers! I wish you luck in everything.
